This notice describes how the Ecom Gulf website handles project enquiries. Updated: 1 October 2026.
Your project information
When you choose Send request, your name, company, email, optional contact details, project requirements and attachment are sent to Ecom Gulf. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. A private copy is stored on our hosting account, and a notification is sent to info@ecomgulf.com.
Supporting files
You may attach a PDF, PNG or JPG file up to 20 MB. Files are checked on the server and stored outside the public website folder. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Preferences and storage
A necessary session cookie protects form submissions. A limited hash of your network address and request timestamps is stored temporarily to limit repeated submissions. The site also uses browser storage for cookie preferences and the optional advisor’s conversation or guided brief. No advertising or analytics service is included.
External services
WhatsApp opens an external service. Any information you choose to send there is handled under its terms and privacy policy. Live AI responses require a separately configured service; when connected, the advisor sends the message you enter to that service.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an enquiry, omit optional fields, and clear browser storage. To ask about access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, contact info@ecomgulf.com. Server copies and enquiry emails are managed by Ecom Gulf; clearing your browser does not delete them.
